Danny Stricker has over 15 years experience in senior living and post-acute care, which began in 2008 when he started his career as a nursing home administrator after graduating college. His experience spans operating 50+ diverse senior living communities across 11 States and the District of Columbia, leading financial turnarounds, driving new senior living development, leading and operationalizing complex merger and acquisitions, scaling market leading quality and memory care programs, and continuous leadership development of high performing teams.

Rodney brings more than 10 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and leadership development. He has demonstrated the ability to effectively partner with business leaders to strategically transform the workplace with an employee-first mentality. As a former coach and educator, he has a proven track record and passion for mentoring, growing and developing those around him. Before joining Chapters, Rodney worked in a variety of HR roles primarily in the healthcare space.

With over a decade of management consultant experience in the Health Sciences and Wellness industry, Tyler leads the buildout of Chapters’ financial infrastructure. He also plays a critical role in teaming with Executive Leadership and other key stakeholders in designing and implementing a comprehensive growth plan to expand the presence of Chapters Living throughout the United States.

Terry L. Thompkins, SVP Operations, brings over 30 years of Senior Living experience including start-up, turn around and performance enhancement. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2 states, Licensed Assisted Living/Memory Care Administrator and has demonstrated ability for developing people at all levels of service and care. He always looks for the potential in those he supervises and works to promote them. Terry has experience in single site, multi-site, multiple levels of care and multi-state leadership.

Brian Lane is a results-driven leader with more than 30 years of experience providing operational, financial, and strategic leadership within the senior living industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving organizational growth and leading large-scale change initiatives across multiple locations. Brian’s expertise includes operational improvement, financial performance and cash flow growth, and human resource management in complex environments.

I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for serving others and ensuring excellence in resident care. I have been a nurse since 2008 and have served as an Executive Director since 2018, which has allowed me to grow both clinically and operationally in leadership. In my current role as VP of Clinical Operations, I take pride in supporting our teams, advocating for quality care, and making a positive difference in the lives of the residents we serve every day.
My faith is the foundation of my life. Serving God and spending quality time with my three children—my two daughters and my son—are the most important parts of who I am. I truly find joy in giving back, caring for others, and leading with compassion and purpose.

Ashley Granda is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a passion for helping individuals access the tools and support they need to thrive and succeed. She brings strong experience working both independently and collaboratively to support organizational goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ashley is recognized for her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate tasks effectively within fast-paced, complex environments.

Kristine Zollner is a seasoned financial analysis executive with extensive experience across both financial and operational leadership. Her expertise spans Medicare planning, healthcare management, budget system selection and implementation, and sales modeling and pricing strategies. Kristine is known for her strategic approach to financial operations and her ability to drive effective planning and integration initiatives. She brings a strong analytical mindset and a results-driven focus to complex business environments.

Michael Riti is a finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial leadership. He brings extensive experience in roles as both a Controller and Accountant, supporting accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis. Michael is known for his detail-oriented approach and ability to strengthen financial processes that support organizational performance. His work focuses on delivering reliable financial insight to guide strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.
