Danny Stricker
CEO
Danny Stricker has over 15 years experience in senior living and post-acute care, which began in 2008 when he started his career as a nursing home administrator after graduating college. His experience spans operating 50+ diverse senior living communities across 11 States and the District of Columbia, leading financial turnarounds, driving new senior living development, leading and operationalizing complex merger and acquisitions, scaling market leading quality and memory care programs, and continuous leadership development of high performing teams.

Rodney Lacy
COO
Rodney brings more than 10 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and leadership development. He has demonstrated the ability to effectively partner with business leaders to strategically transform the workplace with an employee-first mentality. As a former coach and educator, he has a proven track record and passion for mentoring, growing and developing those around him. Before joining Chapters, Rodney worked in a variety of HR roles primarily in the healthcare space.

Tyler Brady
CFO
With over a decade of management consultant experience in the Health Sciences and Wellness industry, Tyler leads the buildout of Chapters’ financial infrastructure. He also plays a critical role in teaming with Executive Leadership and other key stakeholders in designing and implementing a comprehensive growth plan to expand the presence of Chapters Living throughout the United States.

Terry Thompkins
Senior VP, Operations
Terry L. Thompkins, SVP Operations, brings over 30 years of Senior Living experience including start-up, turn around and performance enhancement. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2 states, Licensed Assisted Living/Memory Care Administrator and has demonstrated ability for developing people at all levels of service and care. He always looks for the potential in those he supervises and works to promote them. Terry has experience in single site, multi-site, multiple levels of care and multi-state leadership.
